Nothing like a good salad to treat everyone to lunch in summer! If everyone gets started, it is quickly prepared and you can vary the pleasures!

The base of the salad sets the tone: real salad, arugula, corn salad, rice, quinoa, pasta … We add seafood, fish, cockles, etc.

Red mullet salad with sesame oil

4 fillets of red mullet

A handful of rocket

Spinach leaves

2 tablespoons sesame oil

The soy sauce

1 lime

1 lemon

Sea salt

Squeeze the lime. After cutting thin strips of red mullet, let them marinate in lime juice for at least an hour.

Wash the spinach leaves and the arugula, then squeeze. Make a sauce with sesame oil, lemon juice and a teaspoon of soy sauce and sea salt.

Place the salad on the plates and place the marinated mullet fillets on top. Add the sauce.

Linguine salad with marinated tuna

400 g of linguine

1 fresh tuna steak

1 zucchini

1 tablespoon soy sauce

A lemon

1 tablespoon ginger powder

Of olive oil

Of salt.

If possible the day before, put the tuna in the lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger.

Cook the pasta linguine, with an al dente rendering .

Cut the zucchini into small cubes, return to the pan.

Cut the marinated tuna into small pieces. You can return to the pan or enjoy it cooked in its marinade without additional cooking.

Mix together, drizzle with olive oil. To taste!
